Meet the Team

Stuart is a Member of the RICS, a Registered Valuer and Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers (CAAV). With over 20 years’ experience, he has a wide range of expertise including: sale of development land, farms and estates, rent reviews, equestrian, lettings, valuations, stocktaking valuations, diversification, sporting rights and BPS.

Phillip is a Member of both the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) and National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) with over 15 years' experience within residential sales, lettings and the management of country, village and town properties.

Chris is a Member of the RICS and a Registered Valuer. He joined the firm in 2009 and specializes in rural, commercial and residential management, valuations, property sales and lettings, landlord and tenant, compensation claims, renewable energy, planning and development, agri-environment schemes and BPS.

Cameron graduated from the Royal Agricultural University in 2024 with an Honours Degree in Rural Land Management.

Cameron’s areas of interest include all aspects of Land and Estate management and advice, including Sustainable Farming Practices, Countryside Stewardship, SFI, and Diversification. He is currently studying for his RICS (Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors) and CAAV (Central Association of Agricultural Valuers) qualifications while assisting Stuart Mair and Chris Hilyard with a range of professional work.

Monty joined the firm in 2016 as a young "enthusiastic" graduate of Tuesnoad kennels. Monty likes nothing more than to welcome all of our visitors and to introduce you to his colleagues. Give him a fuss or even better a treat and he'll be your friend for life!
